Delivery Policy
At Nuvite, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, your return process will be initiated if the product meets the return conditions listed below.
DELIVERY
At Nuvite, your credit card payments are processed using the PayTr infrastructure, and your information is protected under PayTr's assurance. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Your credit card information is never stored.
Your requests are processed for delivery at the end of the order. After your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to the cargo company within a maximum of 2 (two) business days. The status of your cargo can be tracked with the cargo tracking number provided to you upon completion of your order. The products subject to the contract will be delivered to the BUYER by the cargo company determined by Kargonomi.
After the payment is made, the delivery time for the products subject to the contract by cargo takes an average of 1 to 7 days, depending on the distance.
The SELLER is not responsible for damages that may occur to the product during cargo and delivery. If there are damages or loss of use to the product due to cargo transportation, the BUYER must have a damage assessment report (minutes) drawn up by the cargo company official before approving the delivery receipt and return the product(s) to the cargo official along with the report. Otherwise, the BUYER will be responsible for damages or loss of use resulting from cargo damages, and the product will not be eligible for return. If it is determined that the defect in the product occurred before cargo and delivery by the SELLER, the process of replacing the damaged product and sending it back to the cargo takes a maximum of 7 business days after it reaches the SELLER's warehouse. In case the product cannot be supplied, the SELLER will refund the payment made by the BUYER under the conditions stated in this agreement.
